The toll in Bangladesh and the world

When this boy was brought into the critical care unit of a large hospital in Bangladesh, he weighed only half of what a child his age should weigh. Malnutrition contributes to nearly seven million child deaths every year -- more than any infectious disease, war or natural disaster.
